When Installing Folders_g, the Error "ORA-942: table or view does not exist" Occurs (Doc ID 1070541.1)

Symptoms

After installing build 42 of the Update Bundle there is an error when starting the Content Server

system 02.12 14:49:05.264 main !csDbUnableToCreateResultSet,SELECT COUNT(*) FROM Collections WHERE dCollectionCreator IS NULL or dCollectionCreator =''!$ORA-942: table or view does not exist

42: table or view does not exist

Changes

Installing Folders_g from the UpdateBundle build 42.  This only happens if Folders was not previously installed on the Content Server system.
