Goal

The goal is to set the connection timeout & read timeout parameter for the webservice clients.

Customer is using the below two statements to set timeout values in their Webservice client:

While these values take effect in the standalone client, they are not enforced when the client runs within the WLS Server (which is where this values are really needed). How to achive this?
