Siebel Adapter Failure During Integration With UCM (Doc ID 1072356.1)

1. The Managed attachements IFrame is appearing only on case and incident. Under the other tabs such as Account, the attachement tab still shows the Siebel Attachment area, not the UCM.
2. Where the IFrame is appearing,  buttons New, Scan, Refresh etc can be seen but we the records are not visible. If you attach files several times and it goes beyond the predefined resultCount parameter, the pagination is appearing, but the result is just not displayed.
