SOA 11g: After Changing Adapter JNDI Properties get Error, 'BEA-149265 WEBLOGIC.APPLICATION.MODULEEXCEPTION' (Doc ID 1072773.1)

After changing JNDI properties of adapters the following error occurs:

BEA-149265 Error is: 'weblogic.application.ModuleException:
execution of deployment request with ID '1268177849163' for task '9'. Error is: 'weblogic.application.ModuleException: A is specified for the resource adapter bean in weblogic-ra.xml, however no element is specified in ra.xml'
