Participant X does not have Execution Permissions for Role Y (Doc ID 1073094.1)

Symptoms

When the participant tries to execute an activity "Participant X does not have have execution permissions for role Y" is thrown. But when verified from Process Administrator, the participant has that role assigned.

Changes

Role Y has been recently assigned to participant X.  It could be a direct assignment (Role Y assigned to Participant X) or it could be an assignment through a group (Group A contains Role Y and Group A is assigned to Participant X).
