Error when Attempting to Access the Admin Applets in a Content Server Cluster Configuration (Doc ID 1073702.1)

Symptoms

Issue
You can not launch any of the WebCenter Content server (WCC/UCM) admin applets from the Administration/Admin Applets page.
When clicking on any of the admin applet icons, the following error occurs:


Steps to Reproduce
Go to Administration->Admin Applets->click on one of the Admin Applets

Changes

You may have installed a WCC/UCM cluster with multiple nodes.
You may also have added "UseSSL=True" to the WCC/UCM config.cfg file to fix another issue with SSL.

You may have installed your 10g UCM cluster while referencing this My Oracle Support note:
