Internal User Appears As External User in Project Manager (Doc ID 1073804.1)

Symptoms

Internal users with certain characters in their username (for instance, the "@" character as the first letter of their username) show up as external users. You can see this for example when a user creates a new project. The character is also missing from the username where they are listed as an external user.
