Symptoms
If an Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Domain has OSB Cluster and non-OSB Cluster (Weblogic Server Cluster), then servers in non-OSB Cluster will change to Admin state when the below operations are performed:
- Activate Session Operation in OSB Console
- Reset All Statistics Operation in OSB Console
