Debug Statements with SocketResetExceptions Occurring at Regular Intervals in Logs (Doc ID 1076143.1)

Symptoms

You are seeing debug statements once a minute indicating a SocketResetException. The managed server (MS) log shows a connection reset by peer due to an error on a file descriptor like the following:
