IBR, Inbound Refinery - A Word Doc Submitted for PDF Conversion Hangs in the Post Converted Queue (Doc ID 1077772.1)

Symptoms

1. After a Word document is checked into the Content Server and is sent to the Inbound Refinery for PDF conversion, in the item's DOC_INFO page an error message is displayed, "This job has been expired, it was waiting to be delivered to a refinery for too long."

2. On the Inbound Refinery in the Agent's Log is an error message: "Step MSOfficeToPostscript forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: "Step was timed out by Inbound Refinery."

3. The item is hung in the Agent's Post-Converted Queue

4. Any other items submitted to the Inbound Refinery will also hang in the Post-Converted Queue.
