Frm-92104 When Running Long Running Report or Query in 11g/12c Forms (Doc ID 1079023.1)

1. The error received is ->

FRM-92104: A network error or server failure has occurred. The request was sent to the wrong application server (not the one which created the session). The Forms client has attempted to migrate the session %s time(s) without success. You will need to restart your application.

2. The problem has been reported when using Run_Report_Object (RRO) or when running long running DB queries.  In the case of RRO, the reports were several hundred pages long.

3. The error has been reported in a High Availability (HA) environment but may occur in non-HA environments.
