Goal
When a user views multiple documents in the Oracle IPM viewer and clicks on the print icon, a list of locally installed printers and page range radio buttons are displayed. Page Range options are current page, all viewed, current document, and pages x to x. The 'all viewed' option is not available. Why is this and how can it be made available?
