Symptoms

Objects are found orphaned both in the ST_PAGE table and on the volume. When investigated further, there are also object references in ST_VOLUMEWORKQUEUE and ST_STORAGEWORKQUEUE tables. The VolName value in the ST_VOLUMEWORKQUEUE is set to 'NULL' instead of a valid volume.
