Symptoms
- When using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to load dimension members into a Unicode Hyperion Planning application from a flat file source some non-Western European characters are not loaded correctly into the Planning application.
- When you right click on the data store in the ODI Designer and choose data then the characters also do not appear as expected.
- This problem does not occur when the same dimension members are created manually in planning. The non-Western European characters appear as expected then.
