Symptoms

When accessing any Web Application deployed on a Weblogic Managed Server using OHS 11.1.1.2.0/11.1.1.3 + mod_wl_ohs on a Windows 32bit/64bit environment using IPv6 addresses, all requests fail. The following error is displayed in the browser when accessing any URL:

Changes

The machine where OHS is running and the machine where WebLogic is running have IPv6 addresses enabled and the gethostbyname() operating system call is returning the IPv6 address when queried about the hostname default IP address.
