Symptoms
During the upgrade of Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.3 to Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, while installing Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Identity Management the following error is reported:
INST-5189 the database version 10.1.2.3.0 is not supported for upgrade
