Symptoms
Using the Commit Text File commit driver can result in the text file being written to a location not specified in the commit profile setup. Rather than the specified location, it is written to the root directory of the drive Oracle Document Capture has been installed to (e.g. "C:\" if Oracle Document Capture was installed to "C:\Program Files\Oracle\Document Capture").
