MessageQ Patches can now be Downloaded without Opening a Service Request (Doc ID 1083911.1)

Goal

Effective immediately, all new MessageQ Rolling Patches will not need a password required for customers to download the patch. This is consistent with other Oracle products.

Also note that moving forward only the latest Rolling Patch will be available on My Oracle Support. If you have a need for an already existing Rolling Patch, you will need to open a service request with Support to obtain the older Rolling Patch.
