Batch Compilation of Forms (frmcmp_batch.sh) 11g on AIX Fails With FRM-91500 (Doc ID 1085526.1)

IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)

Symptoms

Trying to use frmcmp_batch.sh to compile form modules on AIX 5L / 6.1 fails with the error:
FRM-91500 Unable to start/complete the build.

This happens also when TERM and ORACLE_TERM are set to vt220 and when using NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1

Setting a DISPLAY will work with frmcmp.sh.
