Goal

When using BatchLoader to insert content into UCM, the typical behavior that occurs upon a checkin is that UCM will copy the file from its source path to the proper location in the vault directory under content server.

This can result in heavy IO operations on the disk.  In some circumstances, the files may already be on the same disk as the UCM vault directory. In this scenario, the files can be moved (or renamed) rather than copied, resulting in very little IO operations on the disk.
