Oracle Webcache Crashes When Custem Log Format Uses x-protocol After Bundle Patch

Oracle WebCache keeps crashing with the following error reported in $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs/ipm.log:

10/01/29 02:21:20 [4] Process Crashed: WebCache~WebCache~WebCache~1 (1730282098:4162) - Restarting

The crash is happening directly after a malformed request is reported in $ORACLE_HOME/webcache/logs/event_log:

This malformed request is not recorded in $ORACLE_HOME/webcache/logs/access_log
