Oracle WebCache 10.1.2.3.2 keeps crashing with the following error reported in $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs/ipm.log:
The crash is happening directly after a malformed request is reported in $ORACLE_HOME/webcache/logs/event_log:

This malformed request is not recorded in $ORACLE_HOME/webcache/logs/access_log
A tracedump file is generated in $ORACLE_HOME/webcache/logs and shows:

Signal Code: SEGV_MAPERR
Faulting Address: 0x4
Oracle Application Server has been patched to 10.1.2.3.0 (Patch 5983622) and WebCache Bundle Patch 10.1.2.3.2 (Patch 8402457) applied to WebaCache.
