Oracle WebCache 10.1.2.3.2 keeps crashing with the following error reported in $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs/ipm.log:

Oracle Application Server has been patched to 10.1.2.3.0 (Patch 5983622) and WebCache Bundle Patch 10.1.2.3.2 (Patch 8402457) applied to WebCache.
