Symptoms
When attempting to deploy a WebCenter Application from JDeveloper the deployment stops.
The Deployment Log shows the following message:
[01:02:16 PM] Entering Oracle Deployment Plan Editor
[01:02:27 PM] Deploying Application...
[01:02:30 PM] [Deployer:149140]The task cannot be processed further until the current edit session is activated. When this occurs, task processing will continue. The user can exit the deployer tool without affecting the task..

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Create a WebCenter Application in JDeveloper using the WebCenter template.
- Deploy the application to a custom Managed Server on a WebCenter domain.
