Symptoms
You may find that files of a certain size (roughly between 15K and 30K but always less than 32K on an OOTB installation) always fail to upload to the Knowledge Directory using a simple submit. Alternatively, you may also encounter the problem when posting from a remote web service through the portal gateway. PTSpy messages similar to the following will be observed:
