Symptoms

After installing Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 10.1.3.5.6, JVM 1.6 for use with SAP ECC 6.0, and then attempting to reverse engineer using the RKM SAP ERP, the operation fails at step 3 "Install Base Structure for RKM RFCs":
