User alsb-system-user Lost it's Permission - NoPermissionException (Doc ID 1102314.1)

Symptoms

From the OSB left upper corner of the console, the "Change Center" menu is missing. The following actions are missing - view changes, view all sessions and create session. Additionally, the following errors are reported within the Logs files.

Administration Server

<Error> <uddi> <BEA-394525> <Error in AutoPublish:java.lang.IllegalStateException: Configuration context for session 'null' does not exist


Weblogic Managed Server1:

<Error> <WliSbTransports> <BEA-381602> <Error encountered while polling the resource for the service endpoint ProxyService$BatchInterface_RMIDRemoval$Proxies$RMRemovalPollingPS: javax.naming.NoPermissionException: User alsb-system-user does not have permission on wlsb.internal.transport.task.queue to perform lookup operation.
