OSB 10gr3 Does not Send Content-Lenght when Issuing Post Commands (Doc ID 1103945.1)

Goal

Using the Oracle Service Bus  (OSB) HTTP transport with HTTP POST the called service does not receive a valid Content-Length header, it appears to default to -1.


If OSB is bypassed and the call is issued directly the called service receives a valid Content-Length.
