Worklist Application Link in BPEL Actionable Email is not Pointing to the Cluster Load Balancer (Doc ID 1105046.1)

Symptoms

In BPEL 10.1.3.4 MLR 10 Cluster environment, you have a BPEL process that generates an actionable email notification. The email contains the link Worklist Application. The URL associated to this link is pointing to one of the hosts in the cluster instead of the load balancer.

The following is an example of an actionable email. The link is shown in bold:


The URL associated to this link will be similar to :

http://host.domain:port//integration/worklistapp/TaskDetails?taskId=PC_HW_TASK_ID_TAG


instead of :

http://Load_Balancer:port/integration/worklistapp/TaskDetails?taskId=PC_HW_TASK_ID_TAG
