This article provides video and written instruction on capturing a debug level ptspy log for the Webcenter Interaction line of products. If an error or problem occurs in the product the Logging Spy utility can be set up to capture a debug level ptspy log during the time the problem is reproduced. This log file can then be sent to Oracle Customer support when opening a service request.
