SOA 11g: Access to SOA Composer Application for Non Administrators (Doc ID 1105761.1)

Goal

Provide access to SOA Composer application ( http://host:port/soa/composer) for users without Administration privileges.


By default users without Administration privileges will receive the following message in the composer application after successful login:

"Currently logged in user is not authorized to modify SOA metadata".
