Spaces Tab With OBIEE Dashboard Components Does Not Finish Rendering Until You Move Mouse (Doc ID 1117628.1)

Creating a page/tabs in Spaces using the Web Page template.  The page is an iframe that references an OBIEE Dashboard URL. The first time you click on one of the tabs to see the OBIEE reports, the progress icons ("clocks") just spin indefinitely (or sometimes stop - but they are still there) until you move the mouse.

Any time you move the mouse, you will see the OBIEE results immediately rendered.

This only happens on IE 7 AND IE 8 (NOT on IE 6, Chrome, or Firefox).

This only happens with OBIEE Dashboard pages.
