Symptoms

When using two components of type "af:selectOneChoice" with a parent-child relationship (or cascade drop-down menu), the following exception can show up:

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: SelectOne submittedValue's index X is out of bounds. It should be between 0 and 0

where X is a number printed by the system depending on your project.
