'No such file or directory' Signaled and Unable to Reverse XSD Files on Unix Like Systems with the ODI XML Driver (Doc ID 1119151.1)

Symptoms

On Unix like systems, when testing the connection to an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) XML Technology Data Server created with a URL referencing an XSD file, the following error message is signaled :


  - where myXsdFile.xsd should reference an existing XSD file either in the URL of the XML Technology Data Server or referenced in the logical XSD tree of a set of XSD files.

However, if the same operation is performed on Microsoft Corporations Windows hosts, the same behavior is not encountered and the connection test and reverse engineering runs to completion.
