"Unable to access application source information in engine ear" Error Shown when Starting BPMN Engine

Goal
"Unable to access application source information in '/web/bea/domains/MyBPM/ALBPM/servers/ALBPM_Node1/stage/01-eng-albpmengine/01-eng-albpmengine.ear" error occured while starting the engine.
An error occurred when starting the Engine. Check the J2EE Application Engine log for details.
Checking in log got this exception:
