"Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly" Message Is Signaled When Starting a Second ODI Agent As Windows Service

Symptoms
Having two Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Agents defined on two different Port numbers and same machine:
- Agent MYAGT1, defined on MYHOST and Port 20911, and
- Agent MYAGT2, defined on MYHOST and Port 20912.
It is needed to run both Agents as Windows Service.
But when starting the second Agent, the Service fails, and following message is signaled:
Following are the commands used to create the two Windows Services:
- agentservice.bat -i -s MYAGT1, and
- agentservice.bat -i -s MYAGT2
