'Access is Denied' Thrown When Running EDQP (OPDQ) DSAs (Doc ID 1123025.1)

When running EDQP (OPDQ) DSAs, the server signals the following message:

 The environment is set up such that the DSA input file are located on a secured network drive which needs authentication for access.

Without the correct authentication and privileges the above message is thrown.
