Symptoms

Unable to start OID Replication Server after configuring LDAP replication
Starting the process using "oidctl" doesn't start the process

Command being used:

oidctl connect=<SID> server=oidrepld instance=1 flags="-p <OID_PORT> -h <OID_HOSTNAME>" start

Also, no log files are generated.
