Attempting to start the Automation Server service fails with a verbose PTSpy log and the wrapper log file showing the following error where SERVER_NAME is the name of the database server:

jvm 1 | com.plumtree.jdbc.base.BaseSQLException: [plumtree][Oracle JDBC Driver]Error establishing socket. Unknown host: <SERVER_NAME>
jvm 1 | at com.plumtree.jdbc.base.BaseExceptions.createException(Unknown Source)
jvm 1 | at com.plumtree.jdbc.base.BaseExceptions.getException(Unknown Source)

jvm 1 | at Source)
jvm 1 | at com.plumtree.jdbc.base.BaseConnection.connect(Unknown Source)

Automation Server continues to throw this error when you attempt to start it even though diagnostic tests have shown that the database server is resolvable through DNS.
