Symptoms

When running the install for IPM AXF on Linux, the build fails. The Install.out file shows the following:

[taskdef] Could not load definitions from resource oracle/antlib.xml. It could not be found.

echo-properties:

BUILD FAILED
/u03/oracle/product/10.1.3/ASDEMO2/AXF_IPM_10gR3/install/install.xml:178: Could not create task or type of type: echoproperties.
