SOAP Call for 7.x - 10gR3 Only Returns Public Data and Content when Called Against 11g (Doc ID 1126763.1)

Symptoms

When you execute an older SOAP call configured for 7.x - 10gR3 Content Server against a newer 11g instance, only Public content is returned. Your expectation is that the same data as returned by the older Content Server version will also be returned by 11g.

Changes

You upgraded or changed your targeted Content Server from 10gR3 to 11g.
