When attempting to save a scan profile, the following error is returned:

Oracle Distributed Document Capture
An error occurred while trying to save the profile.
Do you wish to retry?

The error information returned in the Java Console is:

File not found: ScanProfiles.z.
File not found: ScanProfile.xml.
