Goal
When you don't specify any custom classloader hierarchy in your 'weblogic-application.xml' descriptor and instead rely on the standard classloader hierarchy you might notice the below issue.
The singleton class is being instantiated multiple times from separate EJB modules despite appropriate synchronization.
