Setting the Property to BLINK in Forms Does not Work (Doc ID 112864.1)

Symptoms

You are trying to set the Font Style property of a item or a boilerplate text and set it to blink. Though it is accepting the property, the item or text is not blinking.

(Note that this issue occurs in JRE versions prior to 1.7. Forms 11g+ with JRE1.7 blinks as expected.)
