Unable To Get User's Correct Identity When Webcenter Is Configured With Active Directory As Wrong Attribute From AD Is Displayed As User Name (Doc ID 1129453.1)

Symptoms

After login to WebCenter Portal, the user name displayed and searchable is not the required value from Active Directory.

ie In Active Directory the correct user name is stored in sAMAccountName, but after WebCenter Login, the value from cn was displayed which is not correct.

Changes

Oracle WebCenter was configured with Active Directory as the LDAP identity store.
