Specific Invoice Date Formats are not Being Extracted Within Forms Recognition (Doc ID 1136223.1)

Symptoms

Forms Recognition fails to extract dates in the format "17 November 2009". Other dates, such as "10/30/09" are being extracted.

Examination of the workdoc showed the candidates list did not include the "17 November 2009".  Only the 2009 portion of the date was considered a candidate.  This behavior is seen in both Runtime Mode and Definition Mode.
