Cluster: Second Node cannot Startup after Installing Components on First Node (Doc ID 1137993.1)

Symptoms

After having installed some components on the first node of a cluster installation, the second node is not picking up the changes. As a result, the nodes cannot be started anymore.

The following errors are reported :

The issue is occurring after components were added to one node of the cluster causing the second node to fail at startup time.
