How Can Capture be Configured to Load Specific Tools by Modifying the Shortcut? (Doc ID 1143983.1)

Goal

It is possible to prevent specific tools from loading when launching Capture.exe from a shortcut if the "Target" is configured with the /X parameter.  This is done sometimes when some users that login to the Capture workstation from running specific tools (e.g. Scan, Index or Batch Manager).
