Not able to login to the Workspace Administrator with SSO enabled

Not able to login to the workspace administrator using SSO when the enviornment is integrated with WCI.
When trying to log in to the workspace Administrator you might see the error:
"Verify that the information provided is correct. If you cannot solve the problem, check with your administrator. ID [default] PARTICIPANT [null] REASON [participant is empty].
