Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 10g.
Delete any entry from OID, i.e. using Oracle Directory Manager (oidamin) fails and a popup window titled "Error" shows the following:
Delete Failed.

Changes
Partially implemented the Referential Integrity (RI) plugin when the system was first installed with an earlier OID version, i.e., 10.1.2.0.2, which has since been upgraded, i.e., up to 10.1.4.3.0.
