Archive Export fails with "Unable to create class for archive handling" message (Doc ID 1151443.1)

Symptoms

When exporting an archive there is a error stating that:


"Unable to create class for archive handling. Unable to instantiate java class code for 'ArchiveHandler' at location 'com.kinecta.adapter.contentserver.component.CNSArchiveHandler' with default location at 'intradoc.server.archive.ArchiveHandler'. org/apache/soap/transport/SOAPTransport "
