Symptoms
When attempting to commit batches, the user is receiving the following error:
The following error occurred while attempting to commit the batch: [Failed to write to page file. [Error on line 16] Path/File access error]
The users that created these batches do not receive this error when committing. The error only occurs if a user attempts to commit a batch that was scanned by a different user.
